As a graduate of Newark’s Arts High School he received numerous awards for his exceptional leadership and commitment to empowering others to excel beyond the stereotypes of the world.
Terrance also served as the Student Council President of Arts High School in Newark for the 1999-2000 academic school years.
After receiving his BA in Political Science with a focus in Public Policy from Bloomfield College of New Jersey, Terrance enrolled at Seton Hall University as a Graduate student, fall 2004.
In 2007 he completed his Masters Course work at Farleigh Dickerson University, adding a Masters in Administrative Science to his credentials.

Overtime he has succeeded in: Being appointed to the Deans Distinguish Students List at Bloomfield College, being recognized at Bloomfield College for redefining student leadership, successful developing and orchestrating the Day and Evening Student Government Merger at Bloomfield College, making the Academic Deans list for four consecutive semesters, Becoming the Resident Director for the 2003 Summer EOF Program at Bloomfield College, being appointed as the Coordinator of a newly implemented Residence Life Development Program under the auspices of Bloomfield College’s Division of Student Affairs, serving as the Student Event Coordinator for the Office of Co-Curricular Programs, Office Assistant for the Dean of First Year Experience and Special Programs/Executive Director of the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program, becoming a Tutor/Counselor for the Upward Bound Program, becoming a 3-year Resident Advisor for the Residence Life Program, becoming the Student Coordinator for the College’s Ambassador Program all during his time at Bloomfield College of New Jersey.
