Detailed description is TenShin Aikido School in Kansas City MO that that focuses on practicality for todays world.
The “Manabi Dojo” or “Learning Dojo” was first opened in 2001 in Kansas City.
Terry Kocourek spent nine years as a direct student of Larry Reynosa Sensei, chief instructor at the Makoto Dojo in Ventura, CA.
Due to family and personal reasons, the school was closed in late 2008.

The school reopened in July 2017 in Kansas City once again.
The school remains true to why it was originally opened in bringing practicality back to Aikido.
The Manabi Dojo is now the first dojo to be affiliated with the Tenshin Aikido Alliance headed by Lenny Sly of the Rogue Warriors Training Compound.
Terry Kocourek will continue to be the Chief Instructor and is honored to be a Senior Direct Student under Lenny Sly whom has taken Aikido to a inspiring new level which can be seen on his Rogue Warrior Youtube Channel..
