How do we do business? We charge a 150 also $350 deposit service block fee for small group (a) and (b) , 750 medium group, and for large group 2,500 for large "Block Service Fee." If these fees are not paid we don’t do business with any client.

What’s that you ask? That means, with the small group (b) pays a fee of $350 you get up 20 people served with catering services, we prepare, serve, and cleanup all for you.
The reason for the block service fee, somebody in the past has canceled service, and we are left with product that has be thrown away.
