Son of Anthony W.
Barksdale I and Melanie Ricard.
Tony was a graduate of Souhegan High school, Amherst, NH in 2012.
His senior year he won the coaches award for varsity basketball and recipient of the U.S.
Marine Corps Scholastic Excellence award and Humanities Award.
Around 12 to 16 years old, Tony attended flight camps and loved flying Cessna planes.
Tony attended Boston University School of Engineering for Mechanical Engineering and he also was interested in computer engineering and aeronautical design.
He was a loving, caring, intelligent, hard working person who loved to joke.
He loved to give loving bear hugs and uplift people with his positive character with a genuine smile.
March 2, 2013, Tony Passed away at 18 years old, but never forgotten.
In my sons honor, we have started the TB2 Foundation...Tony Barksdale II Memorial Mechanical/Aeronautical Scholarship.
Awarded to one High School senior who has been accepted to Boston University School of engineering and will attend and meet criteria...
starting in 2015.
