I love working out knots, assisting you in stress relief through relaxation, and supporting injury rehab.
I am a new massage therapist in the Prescott area.
In my youth I enjoyed being involved in athletics and since then I have been interested in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy.
On top of that, I love learning about the body! As a mother to four and wife to an active duty Air Force Officer, my opportunities to pursue my interests were limited.
When we moved to Prescott, I discovered an outstanding massage therapy program at Arizona School of Integrative Studies, right here! I signed on to the program and graduated in June of 2015.
