Mi az a TALAMBA?A TALAMBA az egy dél szláv eredetű hangszer /cserépdob/, melyet az üstdob /timpani/ ősének tekintenek.
A cseréptestre állatbőrt húztak, és azt ütötték speciális ütőkkel.
A hangszert párban használták..

A Talamba Ütőegyüttes Gödöllő 1999-ben alakult.
Az öt ütőhangszeres művész a Liszt Ferenc Zeneművészeti Főiskolán szerezte meg diplomáját.
Céljuk megismertetni és megszerettetni a komoly- és könnyűzenét az emberek széles közönségével, ütőhangszerek segítségével.
A Talamba zenéje a XXI.
század muzsikája: jellemző rá a sokféleség, a műfajok „békés egymás mellett élése”.
A különböző zenei stílusok között otthonosan mozognak, emellett gyakran alkalmazzák a zenei humor eszköztárát.
Műsoraik során bejárják a zene világát térben és időben.
