Detailed description is We offer Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, RPM, Sh'Bam, Kickboxing, Karate, Kids Karate, Barre Classes, Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Personal Training, etc! Jonathan Van Roo specializes in Karate based Martial Arts, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
Jon also teaches fun and challenging Kids Yoga and Karate classes.
Jon holds a Black Belt in Karate and 200 RYT Yoga Alliance Certification with Jaya Yoga.
Jon has been teaching Martial Arts for over 15 years, and Yoga for a little over two years.
