"Just got an eighth from y'all and I have to say, this is some meat! I was born and raised on a ranch in Texas and I know what quality beef is.
First thing I tried was the hamburger as that will tell the quality of the rest of the meat.
It was perfect! I barbecued, not grilled, but barbecued the ribeye and the round...awesome! Tender, perfect marbling in the ribeye...did I mention tender.
The flavor is spot on.
This is by far the best meat I have eaten in the 5 years I've been in Oregon! I was ready to become a vegetarian with the garbage they call beef up here.
You have just brought me home! Thank you.
