Want to try SUP Yoga at your lake? We are mobile and can bring the boards to you! Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga takes your yoga practice to a new level! Enjoy being outdoors on the water while connecting with your breath and moving your body..

Are you new to yoga or paddle boards- or both? Have no fear! This is an all-level, no pressure class meant for everyone from beginner to advanced.
You will get the relaxation of a yoga class along with a great workout without even noticing! Don't forget to bring a water bottle and apply your sunblock!.
