Detailed description is I am here to be accountable to achieving my goals, while helping you along your journey of achieving yours in fitness and nutrition.
I remember when I first started on here in the beginning of year 2013 the only description I could think of writing about what that I am a Beachbody Coach, while this still holds true and I LOVE it, what I am about is so much more.
As many of you I can stand to lose a few lbs.

Yes I have struggled with my weight and maybe for not all the same reason you all did out there.
My issue I had products that work I just didnt put the time into it to see the results.
I wanted results now without having to work hard for it....dumb huh? I am smart enough to know that isnt how it works but then I realized why I thought that way is because I wasn't ready to commit to what it took to lose the weight, eat better and lead a better life.
I started off with Beachbody last Aug as a coach to get a discount on their products and nothing more.
Not until this year did I get more involved, what changed? The way I looked at life...since Beachbody I realized that I had the tools to lose weight and eat better and that if I wanted the change I needed to want it bad enough.
Did I not realize with the change came person change on the inside.
I have started to read more self improvement books and getting to know myself, realized I can have what I want out of life but I needed to approach it the right way.
Every day I do something to get closer to reaching my goal, I dont always want to do it and somedays I just go through the motions and some day I just dont do it but I am trying.
Its a better me with goals.
I have also become an active coach.
I have been helping others achieve their goals.
I listen to what they want out of life, for their bodies, achieve for their family.
Its amazing how different we all are but at the end of the day we all want the same thing just need to find a way to get there.
I don't have all the answers with exercise and nutrition, but I have the tools to help you.
