We are located right across from the beach with a perfect West view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets.
Our home has an elevator that services all 3 floors.
We love having dinner on the screened in deck smelling the salt air and watching the sunsets.

Our kids love spending time at the beach and pools.
There are 3 heated pools to choose from.
The Gulf side pool with cabanas is right on the beach near 1st street.
The Bay side pool has a small beach depending on the tide and there is a dedicated lap pool.
Adjacent to the Bay side pool is the kayak launch & storage area as well as a great fishing pier.
The fishing is great: Trout, Snook, Snapper and Tarpon.

There are also tennis courts and private boat docks, should you want to keep your boat just a short golf cart ride away.
Temporary membership to the Pass Club can also be arranged if your interested in a using their gym, pool, tennis courts, and dinning room.

Inside our house, you’ll find a great 3-bedroom, 3-bath home with everything you need for icy cocktails or great homemade meals.
Enjoy the fruits of your labor on the screened in deck and take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico view.
We have a Keurig coffee maker if you need a cup before leaving the house, but the Inn Bakery is a short golf cart ride away..

The house has large TV in the master bedroom and a 50in smart TV in the living room with a robust cable package and DVD player.
The smart TV allows you to access Netflix and Amazon Prime.

When it’s time to explore the island, a short a golf cart ride down a palm-lined path takes you into the charming village of Boca Grande with its lovely shops and restaurants.
