My luxury fully air-conditioned villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community on the US27, one mile north from the US192..

The journey to Disney World is approximately 15 minutes, with all other attractions within easy reach..

The pool and spa are south facing so you have the benefit of the wonderful Florida sun shining on the pool area from morning to early evening.
The pool is 12' x 24' and can be used at anytime of the day or night; at night the pool can be lit with colour changing LED lights (6 lockable colours and 2 light shows).
There is a built in spa which has the added bonus of additional air therapy jets.
The pool may be heated for an additional charge..

There is also the covered lanai / patio complete with a patio table and six chairs; perfect for breakfast or evenings, as well as a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun.
