Detailed description is Summer 4 the Schools is dedicated to supplying Nicholas County elementary students with necessary school supplies.
With over 2,000 underprivileged students in the elementary schools of Nicholas County West Virginia, there is a great need for affordable school supplies.
Research has shown that students without the necessary supplies and tools wil be more likely to struggle in school.
The goal of this organization is to raise enough funds to send one kit of school essentials to each underprivileged student enrolled in public Nicholas County elementary schools.
There are 11 different elementary schools throughout the county, and a large number of these students come from low income families who struggle every year to provide necessary school supplies for their children.
Our goal is to ease the financial burden of these families and to supply students with the necessary tools to succeed in the classroom.
