Detailed description is I have been instructing Zumba since 2014 and during that time my interest in health and fitness has grown.

My darling daughter (2nd child) was born and diagnosed with a chromosome disorder.
She has very high physical and intellectual needs.

In 2016 I took a leap of faith and did the training of Zumba's new STRONG programme.
I want and NEED to be strong both in body and mind - for my daughter, my family but mainly for myself.
