We are a community garden project to help homeless, at risk and other people in the community with a fresh start.
Our organization seeks to offer chemical free, non GMO, locally grown vegetables and fruits to our community.
We envision a place where families, the elderly, homeless, and anyone else who wishes to, can come and learn to plant healthy foods, build eco-friendly insect habitats that are beneficial to the garden and the bugs themselves, and learn to grow their own food in their own space, or come to the garden and plant a space where the fruits of their labor will be harvested and shared with the other gardeners and their families.
The folks who come to the garden express the ability to let go of their worries and process the areas of their lives that were formerly bound in the stress of their current situations.
