About Me.

My name is Rachel Butler Heavrin.
I am a laid back, pretty easy going gal with a soft heart.
I have been on this embroidery adventure for approximately 2 years.
I learn something new everyday as far as embroidery and the business aspect goes.
So, who doesn't love something personalized? I fell into this business after having my first daughter.
I wanted everything she spit up on, pooped on, or drooled on to have her name on it.
I didn't purchase an embroidery machine with the idea that I would start a business, it just sort of evolved into that.
I previously worked for the State of Kentucky with the Department of Juvenile Justice.
I enjoyed my job, but after having our second beautiful daughter, my husband and I decided to let me become a stay at home mom! Good thing I went to college and got my Bachelor’s Degree, huh? I am married to Brandon Heavrin, my high school sweetheart.
He is a fun loving, spit fire of a man that I love dearly.
He is an unbelievably amazing father to our girls.
He has been so supportive with every move I have taken in this business.
When I purchased my first machine and was trying to learn the basics, I monogrammed his boxers.
He wasn't too thrilled.
Due to the fact that I am a stay at home mom, my processing time on orders is longer than your average company.
Please keep in mind I’m a one woman show.
I run every aspect of this business from designing, accounting, organizer (OK, so that suffers), purchaser, photographer, media relations, mail man, advertiser, all the way down to typing this out.
I’m learning as I go.
Please learn and grow with me.

I will do everything within my power to help you with an important gift or a fun purchase for yourself, but please understand I have two small children that deserve my attention.
My family is what I live for, so therefore, they come first.

Processing Time.

Due to the customization and handcrafted nature of each item as well as my other job (mom), my processing time is currently at 30 days.
Some products take longer than others and some can ship in as little as 3-7 days.
I sometimes do pre orders on items.
These generally take 4-6 weeks to ship to me.
Please keep that in mind when ordering pre order items.
I am beginning to purchase boutique women’s items that don’t necessarily warrant a monogram.
These items can be picked up or shipped as soon as I receive them..

Pickup/Drop off.

For those of you who are local, there is a drop off/pickup box (treasure chest) located by my back garage (my shop).
This is new.
I made the decision to stop making deliveries and pickups due to the simple fact of it was taking too much of my time on the days I am able to sew or it’s hard dragging the girls around in and out of the car.
Please appreciate and understand that.
It is in my best interest and yours to start this process.
This allows me more time work on your products rather than stopping at several business to pick up or drop off although I love interacting with each of you.
Please advise me prior to dropping off an item, as to what you are wanting to be done..
