Detailed description is Shinwa Taido is a soft style martial arts focusing on self defence techniques.
Classes are for both adults and children.
Classes are held four Tuesdays every month at the Stewart County High School.
On months with five Tuesdays, we will still only have classes four days.
Students and parents will be notified in advance which of the five Tuesdays will be a non-class day..
On class days all students warm up up together beginning at 4:30pm.

After warm up exercises, instruction is focused on junior students until 6:00pm.

From 6pm until 7:00pm instruction is given to adults and teenagers.
