I am married and have a son.
In my free time I love reading, crafting, organizing (just about anything) and spending time outdoors with my family.

As women, we are told our entire lives that there is a standard of how we should look.
I recently celebrated 9 years as a cancer survivor! During my cancer treatment I faced a year of chemo and a total of 3 surgeries on my leg, leaving me with scarring and muscle atrophy.
I fully understand how it feels to look into the mirror and not be happy with what you see.
All these years later I am still working on building a healthy relationship with my body and learning to love it again.
For me, this journey led me to exercise! Not because I wanted to look a certain way but because I wanted to feel better about myself.
I wanted to eat healthier, to be fit, to be strong, and to finally feel healthy.
I wanted to look into the mirror and like what I saw.

It has become clear to me that every woman I know struggles with her body image in one form or another and each one has a story.
If I can inspire just one person to exercise and become healthier, to take care of the one body God gave them then I have succeeded.
My focus is to help my clients not focus on what their body looks like but on what their body is capable of doing.
