My Mum had me in dance lessons at the age of 2 and i carried on with dance till the age of 25.

I found myself an amazing coach who has been by my side and helped rebuild me and make me think on a different level.
It was when these not so great things happened to me that I realise I wanted to help others not make the same mistakes as i did.
And to teach people that its ok to eat lots of carbs and most importantly love yourself and strive to make your goals real.
So I completed my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and I'm now committed to help change your lives too.
