He is a certified Firearms Instructor for Pistol, Shotgun, Patrol Rifle/ AR-15, a former Municipal Police Academy/ Police Department Defensive Tactics Instructor, former Municipal Police Academy/ Police Department Use of Force Instructor, currently a Municipal Police Academy Motor Vehicle Stops Instructor, Building searches Instructor, Active Shooter Instructor, LLAST Instructor, an Officer down rescue/ Self-aid/buddy aid Instructor (Active Shooter) and a former Taser International Instructor.
David has taught hundreds of police recruits, veteran police officers as well as military personnel.
He has trained with the Massachusetts State Police, Connecticut State Police, United States State Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, multiple municipal police agencies, General Dynamics (Simunition) and the United States Coast Guard..
