On November 10, 2015, we lost a brother, a friend, a (grand)son, nephew and a father, Jason (Spuds) Sprada, to 'a loss of hope', at only 36 years young.
Shocked, saddened and desperate for answers, we became determined to know what triggered the unimaginable, and immersed ourselves in suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
