La società ha come attività prevalente la gestione di impianti sportivi senza perseguire fini di lucro, l'organizzazione di attività sportive dilettantistiche, la promozione e l'organizzazione di gare, tornei ed ogni altra attività sportiva dilettantistica con le finalità e con l'osservanza delle norme e delle direttive del CONI e dei suoi organi e degli enti di promozione sportiva da esso riconosciuti, la pratica e l'insegnamento di attività natatorie, sportive e ginniche..

L'attuale Consiglio d'Amministrazione è composto dal Presidente Fidelibus Gianmichele, dal Vice Presidente Della Penna Marianna e dai consiglieri Tano Amalia, Cerri JeanLuc, De Felice Stefania, Di Cino Michele e Galante Lorenzo.
I soci attualmente sono 12, quasi tutti laureati in scienze motorie e diplomati I.S.E.F con relative specializzazioni e/o brevetti Federali..

ha in gestione la Piscina Comunale di San Salvo intestata al compianto Presidente Tano Croce che vanta circa 1800 utenti, il Palazzetto dello Sport di Scerni, la piscina c/o il Villaggio Turistico Poseidon a San Salvo Marina e la piscina presso il Lido Calypso a Petacciato Marina.
Compartecipa inoltre alla gestione della Piscina Comunale di Gissi..

Ci preme sottolineare la presenza nella nostra equipe di esperti anche in altre discipline sportive come la pallavolo, ginnastica ritmica, ginnastica artistica, tennis, atletica leggera, basket, calcio, ecc..

In questi anni sono stati ottenuti ottimi risultati anche nei vari settori agonistici (settore nuoto – pallanuoto – nuoto sincronizzato – pallavolo).
In particolare da sottolineare nel nuoto la vittoria nell'anno 2011 del campionato italiano assoluti dall'atleta Pietrocola Marussia nei 200 misti.
