Your success is based on you.
We will provide you with all the tools and training and expect you to provide the dedication and discipline to become an accomplished amateur fighter..
The goal of the Spiro Boxing Club is to produce fighters to participate in USA Boxing events.
We are sanctioned by USA Boxing and an active member.
We will abide by all rules and regulations.
Yearly membership for a boxer is $65.00 per year and runs from Jan 1 to Dec 31.
A membership fee is not charged.
You do not have to be a member to participate in work outs but must be a member to fight in sanctioned fights.
We will let you know if/when you are ready to fight in a sanctioned bout.
We are not a commercial gym providing fitness instruction or facilities, we exist to produce and enhance dedicated amateur boxers.

Be on time.
Practice starts at 4:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will last until about 6PM.
Expect to run at least 10 minutes every day.
Cardiovascular fitness is the #1 thing you can do on your own to increase your success.
You will need a mouth piece.
We provide gloves, hand wraps and head gear, you can buy your own but not required.
Wear workout clothes and running shoes.
Bring your own water.
If you’re hurt or sick and can’t work out, don’t show up.
We expect you to be at every practice unless you are sick or hurt.
Too many unexcused absences will result in dismissal.
We have limited space; the only guests allowed in the gym are legal guardians.
A signed waiver by you, or your legal guardian if under 18, is required before you can participate.
Minimum age is 9 years old.
There is no maximum age.

All coaches have many years of boxing experience and expect strict adherence to all instructions and rules in a timely manner without reservation.
