We believe in our twenty three year long mission motto: "No Child Left at the Dock" Spirit of America introduces young people to several different types and sizes of watercraft and water based activities in all three disciplines; sail, paddle, and power, all of which nurture responsible behavior, only after the students successfully complete a State Approved classroom boating safety education course.
These young children also attend and successfully complete a drowning prevention and equipment awareness and water safety competency curriculum prior to their time on the water.
Spirit of America provides an ideal environment for the students to learn, react, and develop lifelong learning skills and ambitions..

Based on a hands-on program, Spirit of America empowers our youth, in a non-traditional classroom setting, to dare to dream, while meeting the underlying goals of the curriculum for developing self esteem, teamwork, safe seamanship, boating and water safety practices, and responsible behavior in our young adults..
