We currently accept orders via phone or email.
For cake orders, depending on the degree of difficulty, we ask that you contact us with one week' notice.
If you have a birthday or wedding cake emergency, let us know, and we will try our best to prepare a cake for you.
For buffet or sit down catering, please call with a minimum of 2 weeks to ensure we can cater your special event.
For larger events, please contact us early to ensure product availability.

We primarily price our cakes based on the amount of servings needed and the degree of difficulty to create the design.
Premium flavors and delivery are an additional cost.

DELIVERY:.
We currently deliver to the entire Rio Grande Valley.
A delivery fee will be applied depending on the location of event/delivery.
We will not be held responsible for any construction, detours, car accidents, or any occurrence that prevents us from being on time for your delivery.
Furthermore, the customer must review all information on their sales receipt, or order form, to ensure the accuracy, up to and including, the address & time of delivery.
If delivery is not accepted at the requested time, a second delivery fee will be applied.

DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT:.
Once an order is placed, we require half (50%) of the total cost for your order.
This amount is non refundable.
Your deposit secures the date for your event and allows us to purchase any specialty items requested.
Full payment is required at least five (5) business days prior to the delivery date.
A separate deposit (refundable) is needed for any and all cake boards/displays, linens, and floral arrangements.
These items need to be returned within three (3) business days.
Any deposits or refunds will be issued in the form of a company check..

If cancellation should occur, after payment in full has been received, said amount will be refunded with exception of the initial 50% deposit.
