Our pads are designed to be taken anywhere you go so you are not restricted by microwaves, cords or outlets.
The hot/cold pads are made of very strong, hypoallergenic material and are non-toxic.
All of our pads come in a variety of colors.

For Cold.
All sizes can be placed in the refrigerator to be used as an ice pack.
To get the pad cold quickly, you can place it in the freezer for 10-30 minutes but if left over night it will activate and become hard and will need to be reset.
The hot/cold pad can be left in the refrigerator over night until you are ready to use without worry of it activating.
The pad is still easy to manipulate when cold so it is easy to wrap around and body parts.

For Heat.
Every hot/cold pad had a coin inside and when it is “clicked” will activate the salt water and vinegar inside the pad to heat up.
Depending on the size, the pad will get to about 130-140 degree Fahrenheit.

To Reset.
After being used for heat the hot/cold pad will become very hard and cloudy.
At that point it needs to be reset by putting it in boiling water.
To do that, get a pot of water boiling, place the pad in the water, wait 10-15 minutes with the heat still on and the water still boiling, take the pad out and let it cool then it’s ready to be used again.
If the pad has cooled and is still cloudy or hard, repeat this process.
