Detailed description is We are a QDM family Club for families who enjoy spending time and hunting together for HOGS, DEER, DUCKS, TURKEYS, COYOTEES, DOVES, BOBCATS, RABBITS, WE ARE SHOWING THE PROPERTIES Mostly on SUNDAYs.
THIS CLUB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE....
RATHER THAN CRITISIZE WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH, JUST MOVE ON!.
We have consolidated down to 4 of the best of Wilkes County's QDM properties, plus 2 non-QDM meat hunting properties, all located in the CITY OF WASHINGTON.
There will only be 24 total Members of this SOUTHERN FAMILY HUNTING CLUB on a total of 3300 acres..
We have all types of terrain.
We have hardwoods, planted pines, food plots, swamps, pines, truck drivable roads, small ponds, River banks, Power Lines, and very plentiful wildlife.
When you join our club...
you get to hunt all 6 properties and any area you pin in to.

3300 ACRES and all for a $1500.00 per family membership.
Most clubs that are offered for open membership, are an average of 50 acres or less per member.
We are 138 acres per person.
Its going to be a TOTAL of 24 members hunting on a total of 3300 acres in the city of Washington Georgia, in Wilkes County and we are currently showing property and collecting dues to hold these 8 final remaining spots for the2017-2018 year! Each Family Membership costs $1500.00.

According to our rules...
( A family is defined as...
Husband, Wife, and children up until the age of 24 in the same family, and must be living in the same household! Most clubs make the children 16 and over pay half dues and 18 year olds pay full dues....
We disagree! All dependents are included in our club as a family membership..
Not everyone will be allowed to join because we seek LIKE-MINDED hunters seeking to harvest bigger bucks, like the ones in our pictures.! We need members that are on our same page and that can follow the rules and not infringe on other members hunting experience.
Not everyone that reads this ad will agree with our ideas.
We are NOT INTERESTED IN your opinions of us.
Our club has voted on all our rules and IDEALS, so our rules are a group decision..
This past year, because of the DRAUGHT, we did not plant food plots....
However in 2015, we created 47 food plots mixing a unique blend of seeds and fertilizer that our DEER frequented and stayed in our food plots everyday.
Brazilian Alfalfa, Brazilian Turnips, Canadian winter peas, Western Soybean, Rye and plus that 19-19-19 fertilizer kept it all green all year round.
It was green until March! It was incredible! The plots' contents made deer come from all over to feast on its unique buffet.
In 2017-2018 season, we plan to copy the same planting pattern, as long as we get fall season rain..
Our Hog population on one of our properties has been second to none put out over 5k lbs of corn, along with melons, fruit and dog food.
We trap, and hunt large amounts of hogs, so get your freezer ready.

We are a club that believes that you must manage the SMALL GAME in order to be able to manage a great population of big game.
Most importantly....Every year we allow professional trappers to come in trap and kill our coyote population for their pelts.
We also hunt Raccoons, Rabbits, and all small game.

(Old #1)is Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, and equals 694 acres and had several Quality bucks were harvested this year, along with several does.
(Old #4) Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Heavy Swamps, Duck Ponds, and equals 650 acres and had 59 Hogs Harvested, turkeys, Ducks, Doves, several quality bucks harvested this year, along with many does..
(Old#7) Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Massive creeks, and equals 1000 acres and had 4 Hogs Harvested, a few great quality bucks harvested this year, along with several+ does.

New (#10) Thinned pines, Hardwoods, Creek Bottoms, Food Plots, Massive creeks, and equals 684 acres and had 4 Hogs Harvested, a few great quality bucks harvested this year, along with several does.

New (# 11) 190 Acres set up as a Meat property and does not count in your quota.
New (# 12) 91 Acres set up as a Meat property and does not count in your quota.

Bunkhouses, Electricity supplied Campsite for your camper.
We have swamps, pines, Hardwoods, truck drivable roads, small ponds, River, and very plentiful wildlife.

you get to hunt all areas of 3 highly GAME-populated properties with lots of hunt able game ...

We have an abundance of wildlife....
overpopulated amount of Hogs, a Huge herd of Deer, large numbers of Turkeys, Coyotes, Ducks, Doves,.
This is a exclusively a yearly hunting membership....
$1500.00 per Family membership with a total of 24 total memberships...
and we only have 8 spots left for next year 2016-2017.
The reason for the openings, we had a larger 8 property, 85 family cheaper priced club in 2014 that we consolidated down to 24 completely new memberships.
We decided the 2014 club was too big of a HASSLE managing 85 families at a cheap yearly rate, so we started over! .
We already have 16 family commitments from this last year's 2015-2016 successful club, so all we need is 8 more like-minded professional mature moral hunters family memberships to allow for the additional property.

Here are the requirements because we are seeking a mild to low impact on our properties as we are going to be considered to be a MAJOR TROPHY HUNTING CLUB....
The first 2 years we limited the Doe harvest to 3 and restricting Bucks to 1 that you can harvest, AND 1 AND 1 FOR other FAMILY MEMBERS.

You may not be a retired person (not looking for the everyday hunter).
You must be game fully employed and be a weekend type warrior, (We had a guy that stayed in our bunkhouse and hunted the entire season a few seasons ago).
WE ARE NOT looking for members that hunt everyday.

You must live at least 1.5 hours or 90 miles away from our properties.
You may not be a COMPLAINER, TROUBLE MAKER, WINER and you must follow all the rules, PIN IN and PIN OUT consistently on our PIN BOARD, be courteous of others, and be professional at all times.....
If you are complaining or criticizing about this post or the requirements of our club, you are not the future member that we are seeking....
