Detailed description is One volunteer dedicated to finding adoptive homes, rescue groups or fosters to help make the South LA Shelter (highest euth cat shelter in LA) no-kill.
I am Kristen Larson, the primary cat volunteer at South LA.
I love all these cats, from tiny newborn kittens to discarded seniors and all in between.
We all failed them as society, whether not spaying and neutereing or seeking medical treatment or not cherishing our pets a a family member, but rather as property that can be discarded with the easiest excuse.
Some do come as a rusult of death or a family tragedy.
All reasons, the cats didn't ask for this only hope that we, as a society, can find them a way out the front door.
