Back up! I am not responsible for storing photos after the disc arrives safely to you so please back up your images.

Location: Ideally sessions are held in natural light, typically on Mother's Nature's backdrop, but if you have your heart set on an indoor location we can make that happen.
I also have access to a studio in inclement weather and in the winter months.
I just require a minimum print package to offset the cost of rent.
You pick the location.
I can offer suggestions, but I want your session to reflect who you are so if it comes from you it works best.
Also, don’t be afraid to bring along props, clothing, anything that reflects your personality.
I want this to be a fun and positive experience for you!.

Fine Points: I do not deliver every single photo from our session, just the BEST! Sometimes eyes are closed; people are looking away, settings are less than ideal, etc.
Please know that I’m using my artistic eye to provide you the best package and do not worry about the ones that didn't turn out.
I promise you will be more than pleased with the number of images you receive.
If we need to reschedule our session for any reason it is to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
If you cancel altogether, your deposit is non-refundable.

Permit: If you chose a location that requires a permit, I ask you, the client to pay it along with any admission or any other fees associated with the session.
If we choose the studio as our location (see above) I do require a minimum print package to compliment your disc to offset the cost of renting the space.

Travel: Any session scheduled outside Waukesha County is an extra $50-100.

Reshoot Policy.
.
A reshoot of any Soul Cake Images session will be available at no cost for technical issues only (including but not limited to equipment or lighting malfunctions and sudden inclement weather)..
Reshoots will NOT be offered for reasons such as clients clothing choice, dissatisfaction of makeup/hair, client facial expressions, uncooperative subjects (including babies, toddlers, children and pets) or things beyond the photographers control.*.
*In the event you would like to schedule another shoot due to one of the above, Soul Cake Images will re-shoot your session at a 25% discount..
If the client wishes to re-shoot, the following apply:.
- The client must book the reshoot within 14 days of the original shoot date (provided the photographer is available).
- The previous online gallery will be taken down and no images from the original session will be included in the new gallery or on the CD..
- If prints were ordered and/or delivered to the client on a CD, a re-shoot is no longer available.
The decision to re-shoot must be made AFTER review of the client gallery but BEFORE the CD is delivered.
