Detailed description is The Sophia College English Dramatics Association (SCEDA) is one of Sophia College's oldest and most prestigious clubs.
Throughout the academic year, we organize workshops, events, screenings, talks, and the famous Annual Play at Sophia Bhabha Auditorium.
In 2012 under the leadership of Secretary Ayesha Susan Thomas, SCEDA's production of Mahesh Dattani's '30 Days in September' won multiple awards at National platforms in Bangalore and Chennai.
These included two Best Actress awards, a Best Play- Jury and Best Director.
We were hosted by NLSIU, Bangalore, and the Goethe-Institut, Chennai respectively.
This culminated in a performance on home ground, at Sophia Bhabha Hall in January 2013.

In January 2012 we performed 'Tapestry: A Collection of Women' s Voices across Cultures and Genres', at Sophia Bhabha Hall.
