Detailed description is “SOLID STATE INDUSTRIES” --we are manufactures of precision sheet metal parts for Auto , Electronic, Electrical and Engineering Industries.(Since 1982) This to introduce “SOLID STATE INDUSTRIES” was started in 1982 we are manufactures of precision sheet metal parts for electronic, electrical and engineering industries.
The metal parts mainly consists of engineering assembly, electrical terminals, auto mobile spares, clips, electrical parts and fitting.
We are group of company consisting staff of 28 workers.
Our work shop consists of two departments looking after the operations of our company.
The departments are as follows,.

Tool Room: In the tool room we are equipped with conventional machines which are mainly used for manufacturing various engineering parts, machine parts assembly, progressive press tools for mass production quantity.

Press Shop: In the press shop we are equipped with power press and pneumatic feeders on which the tool assemblies are fitted to manufacture metal parts in large quantity which are cut and bend automatically to form various shapes..

Quality control department: This department mainly looks after the consistency of the quality of the components which are manufactured in press shop by continuous inspection with précised gauges and measuring instrument by our qualified inspectors.
Also they regularly look after the condition of the tools and get regularly maintained by the Tool Room department.
