Son 5 personas por grupo maximo..
Se realizan al aire libre...

CIRCUITO: Son ejercicios estilo kayla, crossfit, insanity y bootcamp de mucho cardio donde tambien se trabaja fuerza y resistencia..
Se hacen por tiempo y por estaciones..
La clase dura 1 hora exacta..
