Detailed description is Sole Sisters is a fun-filled running program for girls 8 - 14 intended to inspire a love of fitness and to instill a healthy living mindset! During the program, the girls learn the fundamentals of running; the importance of goal setting and working hard to achieve those goals; team building skills and healthy competition.
The program is for every girl who is ready to reach her goals with her Heart and Soles!.

The 10 week program, for girls ages 8 - 14, starts on Saturday, April 5th and culminates with the girls running a season ending 1M/5K race on June 14th.
We meet every Saturday from 9 – 10:15AM at Therapeutic Fitness on Bridge Avenue.
Program fee of $80 includes: 10 One hour 15 min training sessions, Sole Sisters T-shirt, healthy Snack at each session and registration fee for the 1M/5K Run.
