At 54’, Sol Mates is the largest dive boat on the North Shore of Lake Superior.
This provides plenty of space and comfort on the way to the dive sites.
The two gas engines and single diesel generator are exceptionally quiet and allow for relaxation and conversation while tied-up to the dock or cruising the lake..

A spacious interior salon and outdoor upper deck areas allow everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax, watch videos on our HD TV, teach SCUBA related classes, and discuss the previous or upcoming dive with your fellow divers..

Sol Mates’ two sleeping cabins are separate from the salon area.
One cabin has two full beds and the other has four single berths in two bunk beds.
This not only makes Sol Mates comfortable and desirable for the male and female diver, but also for couples.
One head is between the cabins providing easy access to toilet, sink, shower, and the bathtub.
