It significantly expanded its activities from those in Rural Water Supply, Sanitation, Women in Development, Capacity Building, Geographical Information System based Resource Mapping, Software Development to Planning/Estimation of Community Managed Water Supply Schemes, Research, Consultancies etc.  It is an accredited agency of Government of Kerala in the field of water and environmental sanitation.
