BUYERS:.
There are four ways you can purchase.

Contact must be made within 24hours via comment or message to confirm when payment will be.
Purchases must be paid within 7 days otherwise purchase will be cancelled..

LAYBYS:.
Lay-by’s can be arranged but MUST be paid off within 4 weeks.
A 20% Deposit amount will needed to commit to the purchase.
Committing to a payment arrangement means you are committed to the purchase and must follow through.
Otherwise a management fee will be applied of 20% and a refund will be issued within 7 days.
A payment is required every week of the 4 weeks, failing to do so will risk you lay-by being cancelled and a 20% management fee will be charged..
There will be a cap of $100 before any new pre-order products will be added to your lay-by.
Meaning if you get to $100 and haven’t arranged or committed to making regular weekly payments, then you will miss out..

ORDERS:.
New Stock is always coming in, for which pre-order’s are welcome.
If you are interested and would like to reserve a size, a 20% Deposit amount will be needed to commit to the purchase, you will be informed of when items have been ordered and when they arrive, Please do not reserve unless you are committed to sale.
For Special orders a 50% deposit of the purchase price is required before product is ordered..

EXCHANGE/REFUND:.
If by any chance the product is damaged or faulty we are happy to provide a refund of the purchase price or exchange within 7 days once the product is returned to us.
Product will need to be returned to sender in original packaging.

If product is found to be not Faulty then a 20% Re-stocking fee will be charged and a refund will be issued within 7 days for the rest.
We are happy to exchange products, or provide a store credit if the product is the wrong size and still in sellable condition..
Product’s will need to return to sender in original packaging and any variance in prices plus postage costs will need to be paid prior to the order being sent out.
