It’s very exciting for us to be distilling and to be part of the spirit evolution & revolution currently occurring in Australian & the world..

Our first gin is Sin Gin First Release Australian Dry Gin which has been handcrafted by Mark Harris in West Perth, Western Australia and is a unique blend of local and exotic botanicals to delight the taste buds.
Mark was an air-traffic controller for 30 years in Karratha, Melbourne, Bankstown, Jandakot and Perth.
Mark had a change of careers after marrying a hotelier to become a distiller.
Currently Mark does all the hotel maintenance but is hoping to give that up shortly to concentrate on distilling full-time.
Mark really doesn’t like painting and there’s a lot of painting to do regularly in a hotel!.
