Detailed description is Working on trying to achieve my fitness goals while inspiring others.
I LOVE organic anything Being active as much as I can.
Enjoying life and having fun! I have always struggled with my weight growing up.
I’ve always tried to be healthy.
Going to the gym and then not realizing that eating was also a huge role in losing weight..
Thinking that I could over eat after working out was okay.
Justifying my bad habits and not seeing any results from all the hard work I had just put in at the gym.
Essentially, setting myself up for failure..

After being in a long relationship and not focusing on myself I gained more weight then I ever had in my life.
I was very unhappy and disgusted with myself.
My family and friends came to my rescue.
They supported me and I lost 15lbs I wasn't all my weight but I was finally starting to feel more like myself..
Shortly after achieving my goals, I was involved in a car accident.
Injuries that left me with pain in my neck, shoulder, hip and lower back.
I was not able to work out or work.
I gained all the weight back that I just lost.
I recovered 9 months later being pain free.
My first goal was to lose to weight the gain I had gained and pay off the debt i had accumulated.
I went back to hitting the gym and my idea of healthy eating..salads and processed food that said it was healthy and still over eating.

A very good friend of mine is a beach body coach and while I was injured she invited me to all of her challenge groups.
Although, I had to decline all of them she never gave up hope that one day I would say yes.

when I wasn't seeing the results I wanted from the gym and was working my tail off at my job and it wasn't enough.
I messaged her and said I was in and sign me up! Becoming a beach body coach has changed my life.
I've become more goal orientated, my self discipline has sky rocketed and I’ve been able to dedicate myself more to being healthy and making healthier decisions..
I love where I am in my life.
