physical abuse.
We help those suffering directly/indirectly because of these issues.
SSF PROGRAMS .
*"Pack them with Love!" -We provide food to hungry children in The Shoals and surrounding cities.
These children would otherwise go hungry over the weekend because the only meals they eat are the ones they receive at school.
We send home 300 to 500 bags of food every Friday of every single week during the school year.
That's 4,200 food items we give away each week, 16,800 a month and 201,600 a year! We delive food bags to the schools of the identified children and the teachers/counselors discreetly distribute them.
We're starting our 8th year of this ministry.
(We also provide extra food during the holidays and summer, groceries and holiday meals.).

*"Cover them with Love!" -During the winter months we partner with local businesses/churches to collect Coats for those in need.
We are always providing clothes and other necessities for individuals/families..

*"Wrap them in Love!"-We provide 100's of needy children with Christmas gifts.
We don't want any child waking up Christmas morning with nothing under the tree.

We have accomplished this by helping families/individuals flee abusive situations and helping them find a safe environment or home and also by providing them with every need to restart their lives.
We have helped many individuals find treatment for mental illnesses and addiction issues.
