オーナーの渡邊優一郎氏。通称Yuさんは、サーファーたちで賑わったレストランサンライズを経営した渡邊紀彦氏の背中を見て育った。父、紀彦氏はシェイパーでMint Magicのオーナーでもあり、「Nabe」さんの愛称で多くのサーファーに親しまれた人物だ。そのDNAを受け継いだYuさんが「子供の頃に育った場所（サンライズ）で自分の子供を育てたい」と、この海に戻り「サンライズ」の名前を継承した。サーフポイントの名前にもなった名称は、NabeさんにとってもYuさんにとっても、深い想いがあるのだろう。「都会で仕事に疲れたサーファーたちへ、いこいのスペースを提供したい」その場所づくりは、２代に渡って受け継がれた意思だ。.
Shop&Cafe SUNRISEは、ショールームを兼ねたサーフショップで、リペアは１カ所１０００円～と格安。修理が早く、内容によっては即日で仕上げてくれる。また、オリジナルボードのオーダーも試乗した上でオーダーできるので嬉しい。駐車場６００円水使用込み、温水シャワーあり（３分２００円）。サーフィンに来て、ゆっくりリラックスしながら施設を利用してもらいたいと、Yuさん自身が設計デザインしたShop&cafe。.
