The Parish consists of Nora Springs, First; Plymouth, First; Rock Falls, Old Stone; and Rudd, First.
Three of the four communities are on the Shell Rock River, from which the Parish takes its name.
Worship Service times are 9:00 am for Nora Springs and Rock Falls, 10:30 am for Rudd and Plymouth.
