Our aim is to raise awareness, spread love and create a safe community to talk about mental health.
On June 4th, Kelburn Estates Health & Wellness Retreat (1293 Kelburn Rd.) presented the first annual 'She Wore Flowers in Her Hair', an event in support of mental health awareness in honour of Jaedra Winter, who was lost to suicide in June 2015.

Ticket prices included access to all activities, a free lunch graciously donated by Pony Corral, as well and a rubber wrist band! Over 100 T-shirts were sold at the event.
Activities included many performances, speakers and activities planned throughout the day, which are listed below!.
