Detailed description is Shapardo's makes all of their sauces, pizza dough, etc daily.
It is Family owned and operated, we opened our first one in 1972 and it's still going strong! We hand flip our dough for our thin crust pizza.
We only use all fresh ingredients.
Ron Shapardo started working in the Family owned Italian Restaurant when he was 12 years old and in 1972 at the age of 25 opened his first Shapardo's and has owned and operated them since.
We are proud that we use only the freshest of spices and ingredients to make all of our Sauces, Pasta, Pizza Dough, Salad Dressings etc.
All of our recripes are fourth generation from southern Italy.
Our Pizza's are thin crust, hand flipped and baked in our old style pizza oven.
Our menu includes not only a vast array of pasta and baked pasta dishes but we also offer Veal, Chicken and egg plant dishes.
All of our dinners include salad and garlic or plain bread.
We also offer several choices of Italian Wines and Draft and bottled Import and Domestic beers, served in ice cold glasses.
