We are a community based wheeling (Off-road) group that actively participate in events and social experiences with full sized vehicles mainly within the Southern tier of New York.

Our objective is to make the group experience as meaningful as possible by group participation in the decision of what our members would like to conduct on a daily basis for events.

We do require a small yearly fee but this is necessary due to the group issuing stickers, shirts, and other group "swag" to make the experience as real and meaningful as possible.

Nonregistered members are NOT allowed to use SSO registered vehicles in events or activities without the owning SSO Member present.
All local, and state laws in regards to the safe and legal operation of a vehicle bound by SSO Members will be followed by nonmembers if operating an SSO registered vehicle.
Violations of any group rules or laws by anyone not officially a member, but using an SSO vehicle may result in not only dismissal of the event but may also jeopardize the SSO Member his/her membership.
