*NEW RESERVATION POLICY: .
• A $20.00 deposit is required per boat to reserve your trip and must be deposited at time of reservation via phone or by email invoice.
This deposit goes towards your canoe or kayak rental, once when you arrive for your reserved trip you will pay the remaining balance.
For example you want to reserve 1 canoe for a 6mile trip (which is $50 per canoe) you will be required to pay $20 when you call to make your reservation and then when you arrive on your reserved trip date you will be required to pay the remaining balance of $30.
YOUR RESERVATION IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT PROPER DEPOSIT.
If you don’t pay the deposit, you don’t have reservations.
YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!.
• We have the right to cancel trips due to water levels (too high or too low) or due to weather conditions, then we will do a rain check and have you rescheduled for another day.
Your trip can then be rescheduled within one calendar year from your original trip date, using your deposit money or you also have the option to use that money to eat at our café.

We have about 12 weeks during the spring and summer months to make the bulk of our yearly income.
We need to make them count! When an individual or group pre-pays on a reservation, we hold the boat(s) they have reserved for their trip, not allowing anyone else to rent them.
During our busy months, we can't have boats set aside for someone, just for them to not show up, when they could have been rented out! This pre-payment makes sure our customers are committed to using the boat(s) they have reserved, and that they don't go un-rented!.
