We provide door to door transportation by our friendly trained drivers from areas spanning the Naugatuck Valley to Southbury to Litchfield and throughout the Greater Waterbury area.

As a medical model, our professional nursing team is lead by Sandy, a registered nurse who has been with us for 21 years.
In addition to providing the highest quality nursing care, Sandy and her team arrange for onsite PT, OT, and speech therapy as well as podiatry services.
Under Sandy’s direction we have a compassionate team of personal care attendants to provide assistance with activities of daily living.
Donnine, our Program Director, has been with us for 26 years.

We are open seven days a week for our members to attend, starting their day with friends over a continental breakfast, enjoying the engaging programs, perhaps having their hair done by our hairdresser, being served a full hot lunch and a snack before going home, all while having nursing needs met and help with activities of daily living as needed.
