Detailed description is The SEED program provides comprehensive “intrusive” services for students with disabilities interested in a college experience The Success, Engagement, Education, Determination [SEED] program is a flexible and fully integrated program now available at Lehigh Carbon Community College for persons, 18 years of age or older, with disabilities.
It is in cooperation through the Pennsylvania Developmental Disability Council grant and in partnership with Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living, providing comprehensive follow along services for students interested in either an academic or career track program.
The program provides the soft and/or technical skills, mentoring, socialization, and independent living skills needed for postsecondary/vocational success..
