As a member of Seaway Karate Club you will be studying a variation of the Chito-Ryu style of Karate.
To this we have added a self defense system consisting of simple, easy to learn techniques.
These techniques are applied using gross motor skills, which are simple whole body movements.
These are easily retained and more likely to be successful during stressful conditions than fancy techniques employing fine motor skills.
This system provides a complete regiment suitable for those seeking physical exercise, self defense skills and/or sport competition..
