Detailed description is Our BEACH HOUSE sleeps up to 10 guests and is a flat rate of $300 per night While our COTTAGE sleeps up to 5 guests and is a flat rate of $150 per night! BEACH HOUSE is a very new, modern, 2 storey space that is perfect for families and small groups.
We sleep up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, have 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped laundry, a kitchen that will provide you with everything needed for a home away from home..
The upstairs deck boasts 180 degree views over Anderson Bay!! .
THE COTTAGE is also new, is modern with a relaxed beach feel.
Perfect for couples or families.
It is fully self contained and has a beautiful outdoor area including undercover BBQ.
We are only a short 10 minute walk to beaches, 5 min walk to shops and 10 minute drive to Barnbougle and Lost Farm golf courses!.
With plenty of off street parking for both the House and the Cottage, why not give us a try..
OUR POINT OF DIFFERENCE IS OUR RATES APPLY YEAR ROUND! WE HAVE NO HIGH OR LOW SEASON RATES!.
Although we are known to offer some sensational deals during the cooler months..
We do charge a small one off cleaning fee...$100 for the House and $50 for the Cottage..
We do have minimum stay dates: 2 nights year round, excluding holiday times when our minimum stay is 4 nights! HOWEVER we really do like to try and fit in with you, so if you have a special request, please do have a chat to us.
