Our goal is to make the best pizza you have ever tasted at a fair price.

To do that we focus on quality not volume.
I make the dough from scratch and age it for a minimum of 24 hours to allow the flavor to bloom.
I cook real ground beef, sausage and Italian sausage every day and I use real Canadian bacon made by Petit Jean.
Then I top the pie with a blend of four cheeses.
I make every single pizza myself to ensure consistency but I only cook a limited number of pies per day, so when they're gone they're gone..

We sell by the wedge (1/4 pie) at lunch.
If we have dough left over after lunch I will send out an email, text and facebook notification to let you know the number of pizza's available for dinner.
